Would you like to hold a perfect dinner party, but you are not confident to do so? The Airds culinary weekends are for everyone who has a passion for food and wishes to have fun preparing it.

At the hands of our Head Chef J Paul Burns, Fellow Master Chef of Great Britain and Scottish Hotel Chef of the Year 2009, you will be taken on a gastronomic journey as he demonstrates how to prepare the perfect menu and dinner.

The courses provide a hands-on opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a practical and supportive learning environment, understanding the different techniques of cooking, which can be adapted to your home, whilst having enormous fun in luxurious surroundings, meeting new friends.

You will leave with new found confidence and enthusiasm, desperate to get back to your own kitchen to experiment with your new skills.
