Three AA rosettes will provide the assurance that only the best will do, and within this inspiring environment, Fellow Master Chef of Great Britain, J Paul Burns, has developed a reputation of international acclaim.
The dinner menu changes daily and the impeccable, yet informal and friendly service will give you plenty of time to talk to your friends enjoy the food or simply admire the breathtaking view.
The restaurant is also open for lunch and in fine weather you can dine with a light lunch in the garden or the conservatory.
Afternoon tea is offered daily in the lounges, garden or the conservatory.
It is all complemented by an impressive and varied wine list which includes some excellent vintages from the best growers and negociants. The cellar includes many affordably priced classics, both bottles and half bottles.
The restaurant is open to non-residents daily for lunch and dinner, whilst afternoon tea can be taken in the other public areas.
