Paul Burns

Our Chef

Head Chef Paul Burns began his career in Scone, Perthshire, where he grew up. Working aged 15, as a kitchen porter, his genuine talent was quickly spotted and he was promoted to Commis Chef and went on to work under the tutorage of some of Scotland’s best chefs. At 23 he was awarded three rosettes by the AA for food and has worked consistently at this level ever since. Paul has been a Master Chef of Great Britain for many years and was honoured to be made a “fellow†in 2007 at the age of 36.
