Listed below are some of the more popular ones, however, a more complete list is on our 'Activities' page. Alternatively, we would be pleased to arrange any specific activity you had in mind.
Some examples are:
Boat trip - enjoy a 1 1/2 hour trip around Loch Linnhe in this powerful speed boat (R.I.B.) taking in seal watching and the odd castle ruin or two. Ceilidh - usually held in the village hall next door, this is always great fun. The band will teach you the moves and it adds to the fun when everyone gets it wrong! Boat/Yacht charter - charter your own sea going cruiser or yacht for day. Enjoy fishing, sight- seeing, sailing or simply soaking up the sea air. Horse Riding - for beginners taking a stroll along the beach or experienced riders taking a two hour canter through the stunning countryside. Light musical entertainment - a simple way of adding a touch of sophistication before, during or after the meal. Piper - always a favourite. A piper is often chosen to pipe guests in to a special lunch or dinner or perhaps to play outside to announce pre dinner drinks. Treasure hunt - a walking treasure hunt around Port Appin and lasting about one hour. Storyteller - gather round the log fire in the evening and listen to our Scottish storyteller resplendent in traditional kilt or perhaps take a walk with him the following day.
The Airds can be exclusively yours for what we guarantee will be a unique occasion. Please contact Janette Macdonald, Front of House Manager for more information and for an all inclusive personal quotation.
