Friday 19th September - Saturday 20th September 2008 Co-hosted by Head Chef Paul Burns and mushroom supplier tro most of Scotlands' hotels, Caledonian Wildfoods. Join us in one of the lounges after dinner on the Friday where the programme for the weekend will be introduced. After breakfast on Saturday, Paul will lead you to one of our local picking spots where you will be guided and encouraged to pick your own mushrooms. A light lunch will be served back at the hotel followed by another trip to a highly prized mushroom location. After refreshments back at the hotel, guests can relax prior to a gourmet mushroom dinner prepared by Paul, hopefully using mushrooms picked by yourself. Guests enjoy another full Scottish breakfast on Sunday prior to departure. The following rates are for two guests occupying a room for two nights.

Valentines Weekend - 3 nights Thursday 14th February - Saturday 16th February If it is a really special occasion why not splash out and make it a long weekend. The package includes a box of handmade chocolates with each couple receiving a rose. To soften the blow on your credit card we are only charging the 4 night Special Winter Offer rate.

Mothers Day Sunday 2nd March 2008 Sunday lunch at The Airds is always popular but should be especially popular on this important day. Our menu will of course, be geared towards the most important person on the day. Alternatively, if you really want to say a big thank you then why not offer her an overnight stay. The rate is our normal winter tariff rate however, it includes a bouquet of flowers and a pre dinner glass of champagne.
Easter - 3 nights Friday 21st March - Sunday 23rd March 2008 Our 3 night package includes an 'Airds' handmade easter egg presented at breakfast on the Sunday. We are also holding one of our walking treasure hunts which are always great fun for children and adults and the winner receives a prize. Saturday 29th March 2008 Saturday 8th November 2008 On the above evening enjoy a sumptuous 7 course dinner with matching wines. The evening commences with canapes in the lounge. Dinner, prepared by Scottish Hotel Chef of the Year (2004), Paul Burns, will be served at 8.00pm and Inverarity Vaults will be introducing each wine during the meal. For 2006 Paul has also been awarded Best Gourmet Menu over £50 (Scottish Chef Awards) and the Medaille D'Or (Hotel Review Scotland). Both residents and non residents are welcome and rates are as follows (per room based on two sharing and including dinner, wines with dinner and full Scottish breakfast):
Non residents are most welcome and the rate is £75 per person including wine. As this event is popular you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
