Tariff

The hotel has eleven bedrooms some with Loch views as well as a two bedroom cottage. Each room has a private bathroom, direct dial telephone, television, luxury bathrobes, and a plentifull supply of toiletries. All rooms also have satellite channels and a DVD player and the Loch Suite also benefits from a CD system.

A 10% REDUCTION ON THE ABOVE RATES IS OFFERED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS OR MORE.

The above prices are inclusive of dinner, full Scottish breakfast and Government tax (V.A.T.). A table is automatically reserved for dinner.

In accordance with Scottish law the whole hotel is non smoking (including all our bedrooms).

No accommodation charge for child in parents cot. £10 per night for use of hotel cot. For older children accommodation is charged at £20 per night based on sharing parents room with meals charged as taken. Special rates available for children in a separate room - please contact the hotel for further details.

Should you wish to give as a present a stay at The Airds, we offer a personalised letter which can be tailored to discreetly offer a package in line with your budget. This can be paid for with a credit card or a cheque. Please contact the hotel to discuss your requirements.

Cottage Tariff

** Please contact the hotel for rates for The Cottage during the Christmas/New Year period. During Christmas The Cottage can only be taken inclusive of our full Christmas Package and the same applies for New Year. Please contact the hotel for details.

The Cottage rates include full Scottish breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant.

Minimum stay in the Cottage is two nights (only low season and excluding Christmas and New Year). Rates for stays of more or less than a week are available on request. Rates for three people occupying are available on request. A child using a guests own cot is free and we charge a £10 flat fee for the use of our own cot for up to 7 days. Pets are charged at £25 per dog per week and we require that guests bring their own dog bedding.

General Information

All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of credit/debit card details - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. In the case of the Cottage a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking which is non refundable 30 days prior to the arrival date.

We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and The Airds Hotel Ltd. Our conditions of booking state that confirmed reservations for hotel rooms cancelled within 14 days of the arrival is liable to be charged for unless all accommodation is relet to other clients. For the cottage the same cancellation policy comes in to effect 30 days prior to the arrival date. It is advisable to cover yourself with travel indemnity.

We may accept dogs by prior arrangement.
