Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade.  It is not imperative that you are currently a Sous Chef as this could be your next move into this senior position. However it is important that you have 3 Rosette experience so that you can really support the Head Chef at this level.  

Accommodation available on site and salary will be dependent upon experience.

Food & Beverage Manager

This fantastic career opportunity has now become available. We require a driven, focused and passionate individual who has a keen eye for detail & precision. An individual who will take our 3AA Rosette Restaurant and Cocktail bar to the next level and who is focused on team development, perhaps currently a Restaurant Supervisor who wishes to further their career. The ideal candidate should have experience at the luxury end of the market, however full training will be given. Bar & Waiting Staff

We have several full-time positions available for Bar & Waiting staff. We require motivated, punctual & well-presented individuals who have a passion to work in high end hospitality. They ideal candidate should have at least one years’ experience working front of house. Bar & cocktail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Excellent customer service skills are essential and the ability to work as part of a team. Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated, professional, polite and well presented individual. The candidate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to use Microsoft word, excel and have a good telephone manger. The ideal candidate would be able to complete basic administration duties to a high standard.
