We are all very excited for a busy season ahead and look forward to welcoming new staff to our team.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade.  It is not imperative that you are currently a Sous Chef as this could be your next move into this senior position. However it is important that you have 3 Rosette experience so that you can really support the Head Chef at this level.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who in time will develop into the number two 'deputy General Manager' role, so we are looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop, an outgoing personality, experience of managing staff and most definitely someone who wants to work in a small luxury hotel where high standards are everything.

This role may be a step up for you and we are happy to develop the right person.  Alternatively you may just want a change of location and feel that you already fit the bill.

At Airds we are most interested in the 'person' as we feel the skills can be developed.  Loyalty and a willingness to work hard to achieve our standards is what is important to us.

If you feel you fit the bill then please do get in contact with Robert, General Manager, on 01631 730236, for an initial discussion.

Salary is negotiable depending upon experience and live in accommodation is available.

At Airds we have very high standards, so we are looking for staff who are friendly, charming, enthusiastic, well presented, with good manners, good attention to detail, good communication skills, and good English. Not a lot then I hear you say!  We are known for our personal service and excellent food and we are never prepared to compromise.

Part time positions can be at the weekends and easily fit around studies. We also provide training so experience is not essential. Fluent in English is essential.

You will be part of a friendly and hardworking team continuously striving for new challenges and developing your skills as you take this next step in your career.
