Tatler Restaurant Guide 2016

We were over the moon to have been included in the very prestigious Tatler Restaurant Guide 2016.  It is extremely difficult to get into this guide and it is a real testament to Head Chef, Chris and General Manager, Graham that they have achieved this. Read the kind words included in the guide:-

The Airds Hotel

"What happens when you fall for your favourite holiday retreat? If you're Shaun McKivragan you buy it, of course.  Fair play, given its staggering setting overlooking Loch Linnhe.  In the kitchen, Chris Stanley is turning out witty, imaginative dishes.  The crisp egg in Isle of Man-cheese foam amuse will bring a smile, and a walnut soufflé with pear sorbet and creme anglaise is tall as a top hat.  Stay the night to enjoy a spanking breakfast and hearty walk around the loch.

Chris was invited for an evening at the Savoy which he thoroughly enjoyed as part of the presentations of the awards.  Well done Chris!
